From the very beginning of children life, their growth is closely accompanied by children literature. Children literature is everywhere, the cradle songs mothers sing for the infants, the nursery rhymes children sing in the street, the fairy tales make children laugh, and the allegories get them thinking. They all refresh people in subtle ways. In the five big areas of kindergarten teaching, literature activities run through the language teaching. Kindergarten teachers are the direct guides and participants of literature teaching activities. Their comment and reflection on literature works directly influences children’s understanding of literature. So the literary attainments of kindergarten teachers are particularly important. Given this, aiming at the kindergarten teachers’ literary attainments in different dimensions, the research uses questionnaire method to survey216teachers about their children literary stylistics knowledge. Using interview method for8teacher interviews, to understand their attitudes towards children literature and education activities. Using observation method with objective perspective to six teachers to carry out the activities in children literature education. Thus, all these kinds of research methods are adopted to investigate and analyze the status quo and existing problems of children literary attainments of kindergarten teachers in this study. And based on that, the causes of the problems are exploded deeply and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The study consists five section:The first section is introduction. It states the reason why the topic selected, the purpose and significance of the study, the definition of the concept and the methods of the research. In addition, it sorts out the past studies related to this study. The second section is the content framework and operational definition of children literary attainments. It intends to construct the system of children literary attainments at the macro level and define the concepts of the elements.The third section is analysis of the status quo and existing problems of children literary attainments. The researcher launches the investigation from the aspects of kindergarten teachers’ attitude to children literature, their level of professional knowledge on children literature and their abilities on literature expression. It finds out the problems and analyzes them.The fourth section is about reason analysis. Aiming at the existing problems of children literary attainments of kindergarten teachers, the researcher analyzes the causes from three aspects-the educational system, teachers themselves and the society.The fifth section is strategy suggestion. The researcher thinks it should be undertaken from the aspects of pre-service education, in-service training and internal impetus improvement in order to improve teachers’literary attainments.
