College students born after1990are the future of motherland and the hope of then ation. They are shoulders accelerating socialist modernization, building a socialist harmonious society, building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the historic task of rejuvenating the Chinese nation, but to assume this historical responsibility, they must have a strong sense of social responsibility. Take a general survey of the current situation of college students’ constitute, the "after90’s"studentshave become the main force and group. Research shows that, with the influence and impact of the external social environment such as rapidly developed economic and social, online media and the Western ideas, the social responsibility of "after90’s"college students show more positive development, but there are also exist some negative issues. Based on the method of questionnaire investigation and interview investigation research, there are five sections in the main content, as follows:The first part is introduction. This part mainly describes the background and significance, the current situation both at home and abroad, basic ideas and methods, main innovation and inadequacy of the researches.The second part is an overview of the basic theory. In this part, the basic concept of this paper is mainly clarified, the relationship between connotation and related concepts, and then describes the basic theory of this research.The third part is survey and analysis of the current situation. In this chapter, the questionnaire about "after90’s" college students’social responsibility was designed pointly at the basis of straighten the basic concepts. The interviews which combined with questionnaire were also conducted, and then the firsthand information of the current situation about "after90’s" college students’ social responsibility was captured.The fourth part is the analysis of the questions of these "after90’s" college students’ social responsibility. These questions were overall analyzed from the "after90’s" college students themselves, their families, school and social environment, which have laid a good foundation for the counter policy of strengthening the "after90’s" college students in social responsibility.The fifth is the strategies of strengthening the "after90’s" college students’ social responsibility. The most important prerequisite is to establish the dominant position of "after90’s" students. The Key link is the innovative ideological and political education mode. The important basis for them is to take social practices activity. The basic conditions are shaping a harmonious cultural environment for the students, and then the long-term mechanism of strengthening the "after90’s" college students’ social responsibility will be formed.
