Research On College Students’ Occupation And Occupation Career Design Relations

With the continuous development of higher education in China, the number of college graduates reach a higher level which is6990000till2013. College students employment situation is more severe, while the employment of college graduates has become a major problem of the relationship between the beneficial to the people’s livelihood. At school, students design and carry out the occupation career plan to improve the employability of students which can help students Adapt to the work soon. Therefore it is necessary to study college students’career design related issues.Firstly, the paper sorted out career goals and career design of relevant research results, and then found that previous scholars were short of the research about the relation between the two. Secondly, this paper collected the data by formulating the form of questionnaire for the reliability and validity analysis. Thirdly, the paper used statistical methods of variance analysis and correlation analysis to find related factors. Finally, From the perspective of individual and university education, the paper proposes countermeasures, in order to help students grasp the relationship between career goals and career design.The results show that:First, there are differences of students in gender, occupation target, professional grade, students and family monthly income, these factors will affect the students’ occupation target of self cognitive dimensions, occupation understanding dimension, career assessment dimension, dimension and the goal of the exploration degree of dimensions.Second, college students have significant difference in gender, grade, professional and family monthly income occupation career design, these factors will be the university student occupation career planning, career design dimensions of school education, occupation ability dimensions and evaluation dimensions influence correction.Third, analysis results show that college students, occupation and occupation career design has a close relationship, in some dimensions exist significant positive correlation. Occupation target of self cognition and occupation career design dimensions have significant positive correlation; occupation career exploration and design occupation target in part dimensions were significantly positive correlation.
