Research Goals: Nowadays, Pile traing does not get muchemphasis during teenagers’ Sanda trainings in Martial Arts, but inthe respect of either itself development and innovation orits’ generalization to the whole world, Pile has a positive andsupportive effect on improvement of Sanda teenagers’ competitiveability. The Study tried to conduct a deep exploration of Pile andconfirm, by experimental research, the importance of influence ofPile Training over the Sanda Players’ Technique in Martial Arts.Research methods: With the methods of literature consulting,interviews, observation, experiments, logical analysis and datastatistics, etc. the study conducted a deep survey and logicalanalysis on influence of Pile Training over the Sanda Players’Technique in Martial Arts.Research findings:(1) Six-month Pile training in martial Arts ishelpful to promote the coordinated development of teen-ageplayers’ each part of their bodies by strengthening muscles, shapingbodies and gaining height, and therefore, it is good to teen-ageSanda players’ physical shape development.(2) Six-month Piletraining in martial Arts was helpful to promote players’ competitive ability. The advantage was more obvious in developing players’strength, technique, and psychological quality than in improvingcompetitive strategies and their sports intelligence, which resultedfrom limited experimental time and teaching conditions, andplayers’ own characteristics.(3) By analyzing related cases andpractical results, the study found the following characteristics ofhow Pile training in martial Arts affects Sanda players’ competitiveresults:(a) Sanda recovery-Pile training could obviously improveplayers’ strength, psychology, strategies and sports intelligenceand long-termed practice had more obvious improvement.(b) Sandahit-pile was helpful to better players’competitive efficiency andhigher their win rate in competition, and short-term practice couldhave effects.(c) The effect of Sanda recovery pile and hit piletraining supplement each other, and players were supposed tomake reasonable use of them during their real practice.Results: Pile training in martial arts could obviously improveplayers’ strength, psychology, strategies and sports intelligenceand was the effective method and means to higher theircompetitive efficiency.
