A Study On The Training Mode Of Fine Talents In Higher Vocational Colleges

Intensive cultivation mode is to cultivate high-quality, high-qualified, high-skilled talents in various aspects of the science, data, system, standard, in order to make students have a standard, target, specification in every training session. Various irregularities, non-standard of training mode of the past extensive talent will be improved, or changed, so as to let the students have learning objectives more clearly, and make teaching behavior of the teachers more standard and talent cultivation more orderly. It is not only in the "occupation skill", but also in the "occupation personality" fine. Basic operation features of training mode of fine talents in higher vocational colleges can be summed up in five words:fine, accurate, detailed, strict, love."Fine" is doing finely, and we not only refine, pursuit it best, but also put the work to achieve the ultimate."Accurate" is the accurate information and decision, and accurate data and measurement and time and correct methods of work."Detailed" is doing carefully, that is, we want to make our operation refine, culture refine, and process refinement, especially the refinement of implementation."Strict" is the implementation, and we control deviation strictly. We strictly enforce standards and regulations."Love" is the love, that is, the students are full of love and respect. The goal of fine talent training mode of Higher Vocational College is:both occupation skill standard and talent diversified. We take the software technology specialty of Hunan Electromechanical Vocational College as an example, and we found the problems of training model in high vocational colleges are:on the training target, we attach importance to occupation skill, and despise the talent personality. On training course, we focus on systematic contents and belittle occupation skill adaptability. On the ways of training, we use the inheritance, independent research and practice of devolution. On the evaluation of training effect, we lack of the concern about human nature, emotion and value. The strategies of fine talent cultivation include:on the training aim, there is a unity of standardization and diversification; that we establish the course system is that we take ability as the standard, the project as a carrier; in the methods of teaching evaluation, we emphasize on the unity of summative assessment and formative assessment. To establish the training process of good talent, we will improve fine execution of training subject, and the training standards of fine talent. The perfect work flow of talent cultivation is the center.
