With the advancement of new curriculum reform, a lot of real famous school and successful teaching mode of efficient classroom has given raised."guided learning plan" as the most important carrier and "gripper" of some school, which start to prevail on large-scale popular in the domestic. Many schools have followed suit, trying to guide students to realize independent, cooperative and inquiry learning with "guided learning plan". Domestic research on "guided learning plan" have also increasing, but were limited to research the theory of "guide learning plan" and the application of junior high school or high school, the application of primary school was not studied. Therefore, research on the application of "guided learning plan" in primary school makes for improving the effectiveness of its application. This article includes four parts.The first part is an introduction to "guided learning plan". First of all, this article introduces the research reason, purpose and meaning; then according to the literature review, it combs the study of the domestic and foreign scholars on "guided learning plan"; finally, it descript the main research content and research methods.The second part is about the related concepts overview. From the differences among the lesson plans, learning case,"guided learning plan", it mainly defines the concept of "guided learning plan", and it explores its main features and functions, and then based on the analysis to the most popular mode of teaching in the domestic,"guided learning plan" are classified.The third part is investigation and cause analysis. Through the investigation of two primary school "guided learning plan" application in Wuhan, it explores the current application situation of "guided learning plan" in primary school and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, then it analyzes the factors affecting on the effectiveness of its application from the aspects of government, schools, teachers and students.The fourth part is the strategy part. In consideration of the problems, the article put forward specific measures for improving the application effectiveness of "guided learning plan", to provide a useful reference for the teaching practice.
