With the development of the preschool education and the society, the trainingobjective of the preschool education program in normal university becoming higher.There’re two starting point of this paper, one is the social demand of the preschooleducation situations such as kindergarten; the other is the adapting of the in-serviceteachers. From the research on the course arrangement of the department of preschooleducation in H Normal University, microanalyses the advantages and disadvantagesof the course arrangement of this department.Qualitative research methods combining with quantitative research methods areadopted, the main research methods include questionnaire method, interview studyand literature analysis. The research shows that although the course structure has beenadjusted, there are still some deficiencies, such as the insufficiency of practice andprofessional courses, the higher repeatability of specialized knowledge, the separationthe practicality of kindergarten and specialized knowledge, the maladaptation of thereform on kindergarten course and the need for professional development of theteacher. On the basis of this research, this paper puts forward the correspondingsuggestions for course content, curse structure and course implementation of thepreschool education department in H Normal University.The article includes four parts:The first part is the introduction. This chapter mainly summarizes the existingresearch achievements. Then introduces the research meanings, research methods,defines the core concepts of the administrative and de-administrative.The second part describes the course arrangement of the department of preschooleducation. Through the questionnaires and interviews learning the goals, contents,structure and the status of implementation of the course arrangement.Chapter three the existing problems preschool education. By investigation ofpreschool education, analyzing the existing problems preschool education.The last chapter is the conclusions and recommendations. From the coursecontent, structure and curriculum implementation, proposing countermeasures toimprove the course arrangement of the department of preschool education.
