At present, ideological and political lessons in senior high schools are at a critical periodof curriculum reform, after the previous practice exploration, in the face of clear requirementsand goals of curriculum reform. As the main practitioners of reform, ideological and politicalteachers in senior high schools undoubtedly play a key role.The innovation quality ofideological and political teachers in high schools directly decides the teaching effect and theformation of students’ ideological and political theory, directly or indirectly affect thecultivation and improvement of students’ innovation quality.Therefore, research of theinnovation quality of ideological and political teachers in senior high schools is particularlyimportant.Carrying out the research of the innovation quality of ideological and politicalteachers, it is necessary to clear the connotation of the innovation quality of ideological andpolitical teachers, clear the specific performance of innovation quality of ideological andpolitical teachers in teaching activities, combined with the current status of the innovationquality of ideological and political teachers in senior high schools, found in the developmentof innovation quality problems and reasons, put forward rationalization strategy on improvingthe innovation quality of ideological and political teachers in senior high schools.In this thesis, the research mainly includes five parts.Firstly expounds the background ofthe writing of this article, research status at home and abroad, and studies its value andpurpose.The second part, first of all, generalizes the theoretical knowledge of innovationquality of ideological and political teachers in senior high schools, and the related concept, thecharacteristic is defined.The third part clarifies the content of innovation quality that theideological and political teachers in senior high schools ought to possess at the currenteducation and teaching situation of ideological and and political lessons.The fourth part triesto find out problems existing in the development of innovation quality of ideological andpolitical teachers in senior high schools and the reasons through research and analysis.Thefifth part puts forward reasonable suggestions on improving the innovation quality ofideological and political teachers.Mainly includes the social and school environmentrecognition and support, as well as own efforts of the ideological and political teachers’ insenior high schools, from external to internal cause various effects to achieve theenhancement of innovation quality of ideological and political teachers in senior highschools.The last part is the conclusion and prospect based on the research in the thesis.
