In the highly developed today, the mobile media like the sun, air and water infiltrationinto people’s lives. Mobile media, based on audio-visual mobile phone terminals, mobileInternet as a platform for personalized information dissemination vehicle, it is the audiencefor the dissemination of objective, to direct the dissemination of results, interactiveapplications for the spread of mass media. Been recognized as following the press, radio,television, the Internet after the "fifth media." Compared with traditional media, mobile mediahas unique advantages: wider audience; interaction more fully; more powerful; moreconvenient to use; technology is more advanced.According to China’s Ministry statistics, as ofthe end of March2013, China had1.146billion mobile communication service users, there isa2.7727one hundred million3G subscribers, accounting for24.20%of all users,8.1739million users have access to the mobile Internet, accounting for71.34%of all users. Therefore,with a large user base of mobile media is bound to usher in the golden period of development.From the development trend of mobile media, mobile newspaper, WAP sites are transitionalforms.The future of mobile media is bound to cellular networks based on the existingstructure of the media, make full use of the Internet technology to the needs of users as aguide for mobile phone users with personalized, customized to meet the individual needs ofthe information. However, the mobile media now there are some problems to be solved:Personal information security issues, spam messages too bad information opportunity to gainmixed media mobile network, as well as low battery, especially now that the big-screen smartphone is too expensive electricity, charge every day. Regulatory aspects of the mobile mediathere are a lot of difficulties, network communicators identity hidden, huge mobile phone userbase, policies and regulations lag, cell phone network name is very difficult and so on.Regulation of mobile media, there are many difficulties, such as: the identity of covertcommunicator, the mass of mobile phone users, the challenges of cross-regionalcommunication, policies and regulations lag. Implementation of mobile phones in China andNRS unrealistic and negative effects.Most likely to accept new things as a group-students in the use of media resources, butalso to accept the media’s influence. In order to understand the use of high school students use mobile phones for this study we provide sufficient information. Special school for my highschool students did a survey. Survey of high school my first grade is now about90%of thestudents have their own cell phone. Students age is still small, self-control is not strong, theyare mainly used to carry mobile phones to send text messages, phone calls, play games,Internet and even rivalries, and parental contact is not a lot. As a powerful mobile mediacapabilities, and more attracting students to make them unable to extricate themselvesaddicted to it, wasting valuable time, class drowsy, delay the study. This is the parents,teachers worst fears!From the survey, we also found that a high school student I use the phone most of themonthly cost of50Yuan; Phone replacement frequency is not very frequent, because the costof purchase of mobile phones by family commitments. Whether the monthly phone bill, or tobuy mobile phones, money is required from their parents, and their excessive spending isbound to increase the burden on parents.The emergence and development of mobile media to the whole community had a hugeimpact, changing our lifestyle. For high school students the impact can not be ignored. MobileMedia allows students to experience both a new social communication (microblogging,micro-channel......), expanding their access to knowledge, but also affect their values, ideasand behavior.This paper aims to study mobile media impact values of urban high school students.Secondary school is an important period for the development of life, high school students arein the world, life and values formation period, they are energetic, broad interests, a vibrant,likes to explore new things, but less able to distinguish right from wrong, no self-control.Therefore, they are more vulnerable to the impact of mobile media. To make better use ofmobile media and the role of its value, but also for students to create a good environment forthe growth, we are from the government sector, the media industry, schools, families, studentsthemselves and so many angles, put forward reasonable suggestions and comments.The introduction part briefly illustrates the research significance of this paper. The firstpart, summarized and its development situation and trend of mobile phone media, combed thecity middle school students use mobile phone survey and expounds the basic situation of the mobile phone media responsibility for middle school students. The second part, the paperanalyzes the mobile media’s influence on the urban middle school students’ values. Are thebasic situation of middle school students’ values in China: the value subject consciousnessenhancement, individual value reveal; Value choice conflict and collision between the idealand reality; To be utilitarian value orientation change; Personality value conflict, ideas andbehavior is inconsistent. The third part, the paper analyzes the mobile media why would affecturban middle school students’ values. First for the body-the psychological characteristics ofthe urban middle school students is self consciousness began to mature, enhance self values;But emotional self-control is poor, will quality enhancement; Abstract thinking is yet tomature; The interest is extensive, the center of interest gradually formed. The second is theobject reason-the characteristics of mobile media itself with its special influence. In additionto external factors-school family social values education. The fourth part, the paper putsforward the countermeasures. Government policies, strengthen supervision, establish andperfect the corresponding policies and regulations, optimize the environment of mediacommunication, establish supervision appraisal mechanism; The media industry shouldstrengthen the social responsibility, using high quality media products influence teenagers;School education should strive to improve the media literacy between teachers and students;Family education should strengthen the appropriate supervision and guidance. Studentsthemselves should raise awareness, strengthen self-discipline.
