In under the guidance of the concept of new curriculum reform, to carry out the research of high school language teacher language power of expression, is thoroughly renewal education idea, based on teacher development, to cultivate the modern education thought, the necessary requirement of promoting the modernization of teachers education. The study of high school language teacher training, is to promote Chinese teaching reform, cultivate good reading good writing and sociable key middle school students, is of great strategic significance. But for a long time, we focus mainly on how to cultivate and improve middle school students’ ability of language expression, ignores the middle school language teacher language expression ability and training, has caused many teachers met a lot of practical problems in the teaching process. Therefore, research on language expression ability, cultivating and training teachers have very great realistic meaning.At first, this paper briefly expounds the problems put forward and the research background, put forward in this paper, the research purpose and significance, and review the domestic and foreign language teacher in middle school language expression ability training and training theory and method, points out the shortage of the existing research, and put forward its own research ideas and methods. Secondly elaborated the middle school language teacher language expression ability training and training of the importance and necessity of analysis. Middle school language teacher language expression ability directly affects the quality of teaching and teacher voice health; Middle school language teacher language expression ability directly affect the students’ comprehensive ability; Abroad in aspects of the measures to improve middle school language teacher language power of expression, is more systematic and comprehensive, and domestic research is relatively lacking.
