Sports teaching mode is the best model expressed in the sports thought with, let the involvedpeople get the most reasonable development, let the spirit of the people involved in thedevelopment of pleasure, make the good teaching process to promote students’ physical andmental health development. It is the study of the selection of all kinds of effective PE teachingfactors, abstraction and generalization, communication through the theory and practice of teaching.Deepen the mainly reflected in teaching practice, to vigorously study this plays an intermediaryrole of sports teaching mode. And for the construction of teaching theory has the influence of theimpact. At present, developing school education has become the important strategy of our country.Pay more and more attention to students’ physical and mental health development in our country,much attention has been paid to improve primary and middle school students’ physical fitness also.With the implement of new curriculum, junior middle school sports teaching present situation in ourcountry has exposed the potential problems and deficiencies, so should intensify efforts to reformthe physical education teaching, analysis of the present stage our country the present situation ofthe junior high school physical education teaching mode, find out shortage, to make it moresuitable for the development of junior high school physical education in our country. Since the newcurriculum implementation, marks a new teaching ideas and a new philosophy of educationbecome the important idea of the reform and development of primary and secondary schooleducation. Through the understanding of the reform of school physical education and junior highschool sports curriculum and teaching mode of literature reading found that most of the literaturefocused on the guiding ideology of physical education teaching mode.As well as the practicalapplication of diversified sports teaching mode, which now most teaching physical educationteachers to the application of the pattern.This article mainly through investigation in yantai five junior high school physical educationand health class, to understand the present application status quo of physical education teachingmode. According to the survey, although there are a number of emerging sports teaching mode,but the real in physical education, the pattern is still influenced by stubborn ideas, comparesseveral commonly used models at present stage. Under different teaching contents in the teachingmode is used in the comparison analysis, to find more suitable for junior high school physicaleducation under the background of new curriculum teaching mode. Study this subject can provideyantai city junior high school physical education and health course with realistic physical educationteaching mode, change the old teaching mode, and for the reform of school sports to providereliable theoretical and practical basis. Promote yantai junior middle school student sports andhealth curriculum forward in-depth development. Explore different sports teaching mode andteaching object and teaching content to summarize the relationship between sports teachingexperience, improve sports teaching theory, guiding sports teaching practice, the significance ofthe teaching reform is huge.
