| As one of the hot issues of in research of education technology, critical incident has been received extensive attention of education researchers. The study of critical incident is a universal significant and typical teaching event that focuses on what really happens in class, it develops teachers’professional judgment with a review, interpretation, judgment of the incident, and it is an action research of reconstructing teachers’class teaching by means of reflective practice. As the carrier of class teaching behavior, critical incident contains lots of teaching behavior, and different characteristics of behavior can be reflected by a series of critical incident.The study has made a probing analysis of three teacher groups including eighteen novice teachers, competent teachers and mature teachers in three teaching behavior of critical incident that includes "the effective interaction of teachers and students in intensive and difficult teaching","the design and implementation of question chain in teaching" and "the management of student activities in group cooperative learning", getting teaching behavior data of three different teacher group in different critical incident by some research methods including video case analysis and statistical analysis, also getting differences of behavior characteristics of novice teacher, competent teacher and mature teacher in critical incident, reflecting their respective behavior characteristics of different teacher group in teacher’s effective questions, teacher’s effective response, dialogue’s depth,"4-W" question.In order to further prove the study of critical incident influencing the improvement of teachers’teaching behavior, I designed teaching intervention model based on critical incident, gradually internalizing and promoting teachers’professional judgment ability through making the object of study participating a series of advanced study and training based on critical incident, so that it promotes the sustainability of teachers’professional development. The analysis of teaching behavior data of teachers in subsequent reconstructed class teaching says, the teaching intervening model based on critical incident has intervention in teaching behavior, having positive acceleration to promote teaching behavior of three different teacher groups including novice teacher, competent teacher and mature teacher, and it provides relatively sufficient demonstration for further research in the future. |
