At present, China’s education sector has increased the support for the vocationaleducation; this makes our country’s higher vocational education get rapiddevelopment. With the constant expansion of the scale of higher vocational education,it has become important issues that how to improve the teaching quality and then totrain qualified talents. Teaching quality is a key indicator to measure the school, whileteaching quality evaluation is an important link in improving teaching quality. As anew kind of teaching mode, integration of theory and practice of teaching has beenwidely applied in some vocational schools, it is mainly to combine theory andpractice in teaching, and this is a kind of "learning by doing" teaching pattern oftwo-way process. So it is necessary to discuss the construction of the teaching qualityevaluation system in the teaching mode of integration of theory and practice, whichwill play a positive significance to better promote the improvement of teachingquality and inspire teachers’ subjective initiative.By the construction of teachers’ teaching quality evaluation system in theteaching mode of integration of theory and practice, it can firstly enrich the theory ofeducation evaluation, improve the teachers’ teaching quality, change the teachingideas and methods to improve the professionalism of teachers; then can establish areasonable incentives to evaluate higher vocational teachers’ teaching qualityscientifically and motivate teachers’ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity; also canenhance the content of teacher’s teaching quality evaluation, and further strengthenthe scientific management of the school in order to improve the teaching quality ofhigher vocational education and achieve the ultimate goal of cultivating qualifiedpersonnel, it has an important impact and the far-reaching significance on thesustainable development of the school. It is from this thesis topic needs, the paperfirst analyzes the current domestic status and existing problems of higher vocationalcolleges teaching quality evaluation, on this basic, in order to solve the existingproblems, this paper selects the target-oriented index, determines the main body involved in the evaluation; and analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)introduced to thesystem used to set the evaluation index weights; Then using fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to make quantitative analysis; in the end this issue does a simpleintroduction that how to use this higher vocational teachers teaching qualityevaluation system in the computer.
