With the further deepening of network learning, the network learner motivation, learning effect, learning interest and network literacy and other factors gradually emerged, which is also people are constantly improving the the degree of attention. However, the network learning evaluation in China compared with other countries started late, relatively backward. Evaluation of network learning has not obtained the high degree of attention. Evaluation of network learning is influenced by learning evaluation of the traditional way of using pen and paper and summative assessment. Analysis and evaluation which the teachers focus on students’ learning process evaluation data and network platform rarely. This will brought a lot of trouble to the network learning. Especially in the network environment, students and teachers who work and study in the network in a position of time and space separation. So it needs more teachers were keen on intercepting the platform data. Analysis the traces of the students’daily learning activities left, for students in network learning evaluation.Association rule technology is a play a decisive role of technology in data mining, an algorithm to solve the problem of database analysis; it was first proposed by R.Agrawal et al. A universal relation between object or substance of space and time, but this technology in the application of learning assessment is very poor, not should care.In this study, a university2011session about137master student information who are learning "modern educational technology" records is a mining object in a semester and a questionnaire about their participation in this course as the main data source. The author used in the thesis of SPSS Clementine12English original. The paper through to search the domestic and foreign association rules technology in the field of Education (especially the network learning evaluation) literature, induction and summary. The author finds out and network learning evaluation related papers. The author briefly describes the network learning evaluation research background, status, purpose and meaning, research contents and methods.Through the association rules to guide the web-based learning assessment. Analysis and comparison of the scientific and logical using paper. According to the theory, the network learning evaluation dimension analysis shows. Study on the formation of network learning evaluation questionnaire. According to the circular law of the relationship within the threshold range. The learning process of students more in-depth analysis. According to the relationship between the mining results to find all kinds of influence factors and offer some constructive opinions.
