Community college teachers are the main force of community education, and the professional ization of community college teachers are becoming more and more important factors which have much influence on community education development, therefore continuing learning and training are driven increasingly attention. The main factors influencing teachers’ learning are organized factors and individual factors. This study mainly based on personal identity factors of community college teachers to explore the correlation with self-directed learning readiness.This study choose112community college teachers as research objects and gender, age, education background, working age and nature of unit as Intervening variable, and use the SPSS statistical analysis software to explore the correlation with self-directed learning readiness. The conclusion of this study is below:(1) The level of community college teachers’ self-directed learning readiness is relatively high, which reflects the characteristics of the adult self-directed learning.(2) Community college teachers’ self-directed learning readiness has significant gender differences that male-teachers is higher than the female among the six dimensions.(3) Community college teachers have significant age differences among learning emotion, learning motivation and learning initiative. As the growth of the age, community college teachers will have more intense learning emotion, learning attitude and learning initiative.(4) Community college teachers have significant education background difference among the learning efficiency, learning independence and creativity. The higher the degree, the higher their performance on the three dimensional level is.(5) Community college teachers only have significant working age difference in learning emotion dimension. Although there is job burn out, the longer of working age, the more deeper of the learning emotion.(6) Community college teachers have significant nature of unit difference among learning emotion and learning initiative dimension, namely demonstration area teachers’learning emotion and learning initiative is deeper stronger than non-demonstration area.And based on the above research conclusion, I put forward some suggestions to improve the community college teachers’self-directed learning readiness.
