Speed further along with the social change, the development of science and technology changes with each passing day, makes the increasingly fierce competition and life rhythm and work rhythm faster and faster, the changes in the promotion of rapid economic growth at the same time, also makes the laborer faces inevitable phenomenon of job burnout.In the field of private higher education, with further education reform, school and society puts forward higher requirements to teachers in colleges and universities, the teachers in the face of increasing the teaching task and strict requirements, paid a lot of time and energy, and at the same time is difficult to expect promotion opportunities and development space, coupled with their own take on multiple roles and family pressure, etc., make teachers more prone to job burnout.Domestic and foreign related research focused on teaching to the student the school teaching staff, and to schools teaching staff as the research object of the study hardly, specifically for private colleges the teaching staff of job burnout research is rare.Private colleges is an important part of Chinese higher education, private colleges the teaching staff shoulders the responsibility of teaching services.In practice, private colleges not teaching staff because of its special identity and status, often require more than a duty, pluralism.Due to the nature of the school, run by the local colleges and universities teachers’ individual’s special status, face more severe working environment and family burden, there are more serious problem.Their burnout problem that nots allow to ignore, should get more attention and help from society, alleviate their burnout problem is imminent.In this paper, combined with the actual working status of the researchers, choose a private colleges and universities the teaching staff in guangzhou as the research object, with its job burnout problem as the research content, a line through in-depth investigation and research, to understand the private colleges the teaching staff level of job burnout, and job burnout influence factors.In this paper, by adopting the combination of theoretical research and empirical research method to study the private colleges teaching staff job burnout problem.First systematically combed the similar topic research progress, research results both at home and abroad, and conducted the research topics involved in the related theoretical study.According to job burnout related theory, using depth interviews, expert discussion, case study, literature analysis and exploratory research methods, such as the initial data collection, analysis and processing, a preliminary conclusion of the characteristics of the teaching staff job burnout and influence factors, set up under different demography variables of hypothesis of the difference of the teaching staff job burnout level as well as the organizational factors, family factors, social factors in teaching staff job burnout influence factors of research hypothesis;Reference model of three dimension of Maslach burnout MBI-ES scale, design the private colleges and universities of teaching staff job burnout problem questionnaire, the questionnaire includes the teaching staff of demographic variables, the teaching staff job burnout level measurement subscales, the teaching staff job burnout factors affecting the measurement table, a total of three parts.Reliability analysis, according to the results of job burnout level measurement subscales Cronbach alpha0.891, job burnout factors affecting measurement subscales Cronbach alpha was0.957, the total table Cronbach alpha was0.908.Construct validity analysis, job burnout level measurement subscales KMO test value of0.763, Bartlett test Sig. A value of0.000;Job burnout factors affecting measurement subscales KMO test value of0.747, Bartlett test Sig. A value of0.000.Results show that the reliability and validity analysis for further research.This study collected106effective answer.After the analysis of the data found that the private universities of teaching staff job burnout is not particularly serious, but with the domestic4public university teachers’ job burnout level compared to the private colleges personnel job burnout situation is not optimistic.Hypothesis testing results show that private colleges the teaching staff in gender, age, position3on the demographic variables, the failure in the mood, go to personalization, low personal accomplishment on the three dimension of job burnout are there is no significant difference;But in marriage, education, school age, professional titles and positions the part dimensions exist significant difference;Job burnout main show symptom of the problem is on the dimension of emotional exhaustion, the second is to personalized dimension, the last is low personal accomplishment dimension.In terms of the influence factors of job burnout, hypothesis testing results show that the organizational factors, job design, work relationship, student factors, leadership style, character, organizational support, compensation, career development, social factors and job burnout of three dimensions are typical of a significant relationship between;And from the correlation coefficient between the grouping variable, organizational factors, job design, work relationship, student factors, leadership style, organizational support, compensation factors, social factors are the influence factors of job burnout, averaging (most) part of the validation research hypothesis;Role, professional development is fully verified.At this point, this study proposed job burnout influence factors are the basic empirical validation.The empirical analysis results of this study also once again shows that the influence factors of job burnout is numerous, each influence factor worthy of school and society give enough attention;Job burnout all factors affecting the canonical correlation coefficient showed that the compensation factor is the faculty that affect their job burnout of primary factor, the second is the role of factors, the second is job design factors, organizational factors, career development, work relationship, etc., affect the smallest is the student factor, social factor and so on.Job burnout factors affecting the size of the canonical correlation coefficient reflects both the teaching staff of vocational burnout factors affect the degree of awareness and understanding, and shows that the private colleges, state and society, and related aspects if job burnout intervention, intervention can focus and direction.
