| Language is the carrier of a national culture, is bearing the weight of the mission of cultural heritage at the same time, the Chinese curriculum of humanistic discipline nature determines its rich cultural connotation, the language teacher on the basis of thorough understanding of the text, the abstraction of the emotional education target through language express, the mental education to the student’s mission, through the spread of the words that give vitality of classroom teaching into practice. In the past, the research of literature language teachers teaching language is not a few, but mostly from the perspectives of the language teacher itself through the way of qualitative research, while ignoring the real feelings of the subject, students. Along with the development of The Times, positive psychology perspective of positive mental health education by the people more and more attention, school education should be to let the most fundamental tasks of individual positive strength and development potential for development. Therefore, the author from the perspective of students’ positive psychological quality, the Chinese teacher’s teaching speech and pupil positive psychological quality both correlation and regression analysis, based on the specific teaching words influence on students’ psychological quality dimensions, put forward rationalization proposal for words and language teachers teaching.The author integrated use of the literature method, questionnaire method, classroom observation and class example analysis method to study the four specific methods to this topic, this paper analyzed the the present situation of the elementary student positive psychological quality, students’ language teacher teaching from the perspective of the status quo of words, the language teacher teaching speech to the students’ positive psychological quality. Through the empirical research, the author got the following results:first, primary school students positive psychological quality overall in good condition; Second, the language teacher teaching situation of language use in disequilibrium; Third, the language teacher teaching words existing in positive psychology quality dimensions for elementary school.According to the research results, as well as related teacher lesson case analysis, the author thinks that the language teacher should from the following several aspects to optimize classroom teaching conducive to the development of students’ positive psychological quality words. First, the cultivation of new teachers and students view--how to build the respect for this greeting. Second, pay attention to the teaching object, finely crafted based on raw talk about words.
