The development of Chinese society and economy wants skilled talents urgently. As a base of the talents, secondary vocational school should not only focus on students’skill, but also pay more attention on their mental health. Harmonious interpersonal relationship is vital for their future. It is good interpersonal relationship that makes them adapt to the life outside school and be useful for the society. Through my investigation to Changsha Secondary Vocational School of Finance and Economy, I found that the interaction among students is a blind spot of teaching. The situation is that so many students are in the trouble of interpersonal crisis and it’s difficult to solve. Therefore, the research on problems and the attempt to solve them is a great task for educators.Questionnaire survey is mainly used in my research. Depending on the questionnaire survey and interview to the students of different grades and majors, as well as some teachers and parents, I summarized the following characteristics of the interpersonal interaction among students in secondary vocational schools: strong desire for communication, varied communicative objects, complex communicatee, virtualization on way of communication and superficial behavior. The problems of their interpersonal are strong utility, lack of basic quality, strong self-centered-ness, favor of the brotherhood and inferiority. To solve these problems, I come up with strategies on construction of campus culture, communication with parents and psychological teaching.
