In2006s,The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Finance, The Ministry of Personnel and The Centre, which established and issued "The notification about the implement of rural compulsory education school teacher ad hoc post"(teacher2006,number2), and launched even carried out jointly’The special-post plan’ that via openly recruited the college graduates to teaching in West of’two foundations’in rural compulsory education phase school under targeted Counties, lead and encourage college graduates engage in rural educational work, solve the problem that the shortage of rural teaching supply gross and unreasonable construction step by step, and so forth, enhance the whole quality of rural teaching body.since then, on account of the ideal implement situation,"The plan of special-post teacher" scaled up in2009s, and its range of implement enlarged further as well:range from the original confine to the twelve provinces and downtown’s "two foundations" targeted counties in West to Midwest area twenty-two provinces and downtown’s poverty relief and development key counties at State-level. In addition, then a number of provinces and cities also come on local recruitment plan to special-post teachers.The professional development of the group of teachers in special position must be have independent consciousness, and able to conduct autonomous professional development is the effective way that teachers in special position settle the trouble which encounter in education and teaching, at the same time, it’s will generate important and positive impact to their career.Some data shows that since "The special-post plan" carried out in2006s,it had have more than20million college graduates enter in the group of special-post teacher via recruitment examination and assess. However, it has a great number of problems at professional development aspect in the group of special-post teachers. Some newly teachers who are in special-post exist some problems at many aspects, for instance, communicating with students, understanding and grasping the teaching textbook, and selecting and using instructional strategies, therefor, their professional development urgent need to give rise to pay attention. The writer considers that the professional development of teacher in special-post should take autonomous professional development as the principal thing, it could set about from two aspects, work and life, and the schools and government authorities should coordinate with guarantee.First of all, the writer, who illustrates the cause of the research and the value of the research, in addition, straighten out the research states in regard to the teacher of autonomous professional development at domestic and overseas, then find out that the existing correlational researches more focus on the external condition to ensure teacher of autonomous professional development, the recommendations of improvement, which is proposed by large amount of researchers have obvious ideal tendency and other issues. On this basis, the writer has established basic thinking in the study, and decided to adopt investigation method and interviewing method, and so on.The study, which have choose X county in Henan Province as samples selected, and chosen one hundred and sixty-one teachers in special-post in all as study object in twenty-six primary schools. The writer in order to realize the state of autonomous professional development about these teachers in special-post by the means of questionnaire and interview, then analyze these problems that existed in it. In the end, it’s put forward the strategy which could promote the teacher in special-post of autonomous professional development according to hierarchy of needs theory and self-directed learning theory, and so on.The writer finds out that teacher in special-post who have the shortage of career preparation and career identity at present, as well as lack of planning about autonomous professional development, and so forth. Aiming at these problems, the writer considers that it could set about according to three sides, teachers in special-post, schools and government authorities, the teachers in special-post who should cultivate the consciousness of autonomous professional development, and participate in the teaching of mutual and transformation of education; the schools that should complete the mechanism of teacher’s administrative evaluation, also should rewards and punishment and complete teacher’s continuing educational mechanism; the government authorities that should optimize the teachers in special-post of specialty structural layout. All parties reinforce the emotion care to the teacher in special-post.
