| With the development of computer technology, mechanical motion3Dsimulation animation has become an important application in the engineering field.Through the combine of traditional mechanical industry and digital multimediaindustry, mechanical motion3D simulation technology not only brings high economicand social value but also different visual art enjoyment for the viewers. However, forits unique production object, making method, the mechanical motion3D simulationtechnology should break the subject design and inflexible, rigid, simple and boringimpression of previous3D animation meanwhile endow mechanical animation thisfrosty character with life and properties from the perspective of art media during theactual-making process.On this basis, this article focuses on how to make the mechanical motion3Dsimulation visual interface more stereo, real and fascinating. Firstly, analyzes themechanical motion3D simulation of the visual perception characteristics from thepsychology angle. Secondly, construct interactive optimization elements aiming atmechanical motion3D simulation visual interface which is stereo, intuitive and realfrom the point of view of its digital multimedia visual interface of the visual language,and the unique production process to identify new design elements and technicalproduction method. Based on the optimization elements, analyze the key visualperspective projection principle and ray tracing algorithm meanwhile improve theexisting problems in order to make optimum element have the technical level ofoperation method and theoretical support. The optimized element is applied to twoscientific research practice and afterwards exhibit mechanical product3D model anddetail effect picture including the optimization of the industrial design department atTianjin University and SANY Beijing Pile Machine Company Limited IndustrialDesign Competition and collaboration of limited company of Jiang Ying Na Er Jierobot Peace Chemical Automatic Production Line Of Emulsion Explosive project.After this, use eye-tracking machine to test no visual interface optimization designimage and optimized design effect map, thus, more objective understanding of theaudience’s perception and cognition about the visual interface design image. Finally, in order to achieve a better and more comprehensive to optimize the elements oftarget value measure and feasibility judgment, this paper creates mechanicalmovement simulation visual interface visual image of subjective evaluation system,video quality subjective evaluation system, visual interface quality detection andvisual system to the motion information and video objective quality evaluationmethod from the human visual system of psychology and physiology angle as well asthe perspective of subjective and objective. The final evaluation results prove that theoptimum element can make the mechanical motion3D simulation achieve3D visualinterface stereo, real, intuitive effect. |
