Construction And Application Research Of Composite Experiment Flat Based On Manufacturing Executive System

As the continuous development of informatization construction in our country, more and moreenterprises recognize that the informatization construction is greatly significant to them. AndManufacturing Executive System, as the bridge of the upper ground plan management system andthe ground floor industrial control system, attracts the attention and interest of many enterprises andresearchers. MES is a real-time information system oriented to job-shop execution layer, realizingthe two way communication between planning layer and control layer and making the wholeinformation flowing efficient and fluent. So the enterprise’s supervisor would easily master the shopproduction dynamic instance. Therefore, Manufacturing Executive System is extremely importantto optimize the whole production process, improve the production efficiency and the respondingability, and enhance enterprises’ integrated competitive strength. Introducing MES to experimentteaching in universities, makes students to experience various jobs and process in shop floor appliedMES. Additionally, students also could improve and optimize production line. Not only does makestudents contact the advanced production management technology, but cultivates students tointegrate professional knowledge to solve practical problem.Firstly, in this paper, the author briefly introduced the background, significance and goal of theresearch, reviewed the development history of MES, analyzed the actuality of the MES applicationand research in domestic and abroad, and researched the actuality of experiment teaching aboutMES application of domestic universities.Secondly, combining the practical situation of the MES application in X enterprise with thecultivating goal of industrial engineering profession, constructed the composite experiment platformbased on MES application which includes the composition of the experiment platform, keytechnology and developed composite experiment. Author deeply researched the practical situationof MES application in X enterprise, including the applying style, covered process and solvedpractical production problem. Based on the difference of MES application in two circumstances,author improved and optimized the experiment platform, which added the segment of jobcontrolling and dispatching, the unit of simulation testing and the shop floor scene improvement.That effectively enhances the effect and function of the experiment platform. Finally, authorsummarizes the paper and discusses the future research direction.
