Design And Realization Of Out-patient Appointment Registration System To The Unified Registration Platform

With the rapidly developed economy and social progress in China, people havechanged their attitude towards values of life. They demand medical treatment andequipment of higher quality. In recent years, the problem that it is difficult andexpensive to access to medical service has become the major concern of the wholesociety. The time for registering, paying for the medical bill, and waiting in line fortreatment is much longer than the real time of treatment. This problem has been inexistence for rather a long period of time. The Ministry of Health Medical lawsuit hasannounced the Implementation of Reservation Service in Public Hospital in August in2009to deal with the issue of “three longer periods of time than the real treatmenttime”. Our hospital is regarded as a second-grade class-A general hospital thatcombines medical service, education, research and prevention of diseases together. Asa regional medical service center, the number of outpatients is over3,000on a dailybasis. In order to better promote the access to unified platform of the reservation formedical service for all the second-grade class-A general hospitals in Beijing, alongwith the promotion and development of practical demand for the reservation, thispaper introduces the design for scientific, well-organised and effective platform forreservation of register and solutions to different kinds of reservation.From the perspective of software engineering design, the paper analyzes thedemand for reservation and its management model. Considering the development oflanguage programming and database as well as the practicality and advancement ofthe system of reservation for register system, the paper aims to design a systemequipped with standard united Web interface that can meet all the demand ofreservation for register at a hospital based on mature database.(1) Pay emphasis on the analysis of the system of reservation for register that cansatisfy all the needs of reservation service for register.(2) Accentuate the research of standard united interface for the system ofreservation for register and development of Web interface.This paper is based on the great amount of domestic research about the patternsof reservation for register as well as the practical needs of our hospital and tendencyfor informatization. The well-targeted research into standard united interface ensuresits praciticality, advancement and wide serviceability.
