| Currently, ink-jet printing technology presents trends in terms of high-speed, lowmaintenance, user-friendly and intelligent operation. However, domestic ink-jet printeronly have simplex function and less quality, reliability with high cost, which cannotmeet the needs of production lines and society in China. In view of the advantage ofembedded system in real-time and automatic control, the article researches on ink-jetprinters based on embedded system, mainly focuses on the establishment of thesoftware architecture and realization of underlying key modules.First, the article analyzes the requirements of product-line ink-jet printing controlsystem, makes the overall design of the control system plan, carries out on theembedded operating system selection, and proposes software architecture of product-line control system based on embedded Linux operating system.Then, based on the referred software architecture and some involved key points,researches the implement of underlying drivers, including the BootLoader, DPRAM,data transmission interrupt, touch screen, keyboard and other software drivers of keymodules, and in order to avoid the cumbersome of updating, designs and implementsthe system automatically upgrade module.Finally, the article introduces the process of setting up the Linux softwaredevelopment environment. Function test of the prototype system’s main modules, theenterprise application examples and printing effect are carried out to confirm thefeasibility and practicality of ink-jet control system based on Linux. |
