In recent years, cardiovascular disease has become an important killer to people’s health. Millions of people die of cardiovascular disease each year. Interventional therapy has been widely used in the treatment of vascular diseases, and has become one of the most timely, most effective method. Through the existing virtual reality technology, the endovascular guide wire motion simulation, help to solve the traditional operation cannot be interventional doctor training in clinical environment problems. This paper introduces the virtual vascular interventional software operation training system, through the three-dimensional modeling method of constructing vascular virtual3D model, as well as the operation instruments (catheter/wire), the guide wire in the blood vessels and real-time collision detection, and to complete the change after the collision movement, and physical modeling by mass spring model algorithm for collision region of the guide wire, finally realizes the software design based on MFC.Design of three-dimensional vascular model and guide model, is in the3D Slicer development software has extended the VMTK development kit, which integrates the level set segmentation algorithm, into human cardiac MRI image, select segmentation region, at the same time choosing seed points, the heart vessel segmentation, the segmentation of a branch of right coronary artery vascular. Collision detection and collision to eliminate the guide wire and vascular wall, first extract the local triangular patch information, through the choice to guide the first segment of the central point as the center of the sphere coordinates, to guide the first half of the segment length to radius to construct a three-dimensional virtual sphere, select all contained in the interior of the sphere triangle information, and then with a guide wire for space in the intersection test to complete the process of collision detection. Determine the collision detection results, if the collision occurs, the guide wire motion direction is changed, and the collision of the patch (the smallest unit of vascular model) as a reflector, the reflection along the vascular wall reflection angle direction, to ensure that the guide wire is not out of vessel.Physical modeling method of wire guide collision zone of the mass-spring model, collision is the guide wire part of discrete areas for some connected by springs of particles, each particle interaction by spring force, and the assumption that the particle reflection occurs not only by the spring tension before and after the two node, and received a virtual spring the force, the purpose is to change the smoothness of the guide wire. By force of three particles on reflex point change space coordinate its, complete the physical modeling of the guide wire. At the same time, this part also will be mass-spring model to simulate vascular beating, and presents a method to realize the effect of simple angiography. System software design and implementation of interactive interface, operation interface includes window display vascular model, and the simulation of the guide wire back and forward buttons, which realize the serial communication function, the displacement signal acquisition chip conveyor, guide wire change the real-time motion state, and joined the force feedback information.Motion simulation of virtual intravascular interventional guide wire is an important part of operation training system. Give the doctor a repeatable operation teaching system. The successful development of this system for the establishment of China has independent intellectual property rights of medical simulation teaching system has a positive role in promoting.
