Design And Implementation Of Mobile Phone Card System Of Telecom Enterprises

Recently, with the increasing growth of mobile-phone users, competition within thethree major telecommunication operators intensively becomes sharp. In the saturation ofmarket, communication operators desire not only to retain existing users, but also toexpand market and user share, so they have to develop a variety of innovative products,one of which is mobile payment technology.With the rapid improvement of mobile payment technology, all types of intelligent SIMcard technology have been developed. Mobile phone card system of intelligent SIM cardmultiply function of access control, credit-card payment, identification, card informationmanagement, and message dissemination, which can improve the level of informationmanagement within governmental departments, schools, enterprises and other units.Mobile phone card system is an innovative product to enhance the market share fromcommunication operators. This paper mainly researches on non-contact mobile paymentmobile phone card system, which is based on RFID-SIM card technology, and putsforward the scheme of design.Firstly, based on the current mainstream research on non-contact mobile paymenttechnology and the comparison of the three types of applicable payment technology tomobile phone card, it concludes the advantages and characteristics of the RFID-SIM cardmobile phone, and raises the relevant technology of the construction of mobile phone cardsystem.Secondly, after the investigation to demand of enterprise, according to the practicalfunction demand, the non-functional requirements and design constraints, this papercreates the whole framework of the construction of mobile phone card system, acomprehensive discussion of the specific functions of the system, software and hardwaredevelopment technology, and designs the work flow and key management system.Finally, the system not only stably realizes the access control management, attendancemanagement, consumption management, business management, statistical reports andother functions, but also utilizes the system of lane gate and channel and third partymanufacturers integrated through the operation of Qinhuangdao Branch Of China Unicom, which expands the scope of application of mobile phone card. On the basis of summary tothe overall operations of the system, this paper puts forward the developing direction ofthe construction to mobile phone card system.
