Many research institutes and universitylaboratories have created a lot of inventions or products to attract the general public.Especially, the projects about robot are multifarious and varied. In many science andtechnology fairs and exhibitions occasions, a number of robots with different functionsand image are presented in front of the eyes of public. It makes public feel that thehigh-tech product like robot is no far from them.This project involves a wide range of knowledge. This paper is mainly discussingand discribing how to build a robot based on voice-controlled. The upper main controlboard has a embedded Linux OS as the programming environment. The kernel-cuttingis studied to achieve video surveillance and intelligent obstacle avoidance. The lowerexpansion board is designed based on STM32chipset because of its excelent circuitfeatures and rich interrupt timer. It was originally envisaged to a mobile robot platformof differential wheeled mobile robot platform, with different function in it. It can usesuch as ultrasound, infrared, and collision sensor to avoid the obstacles encountered inthe process of moving. And it can also receive some voice information from clients tocomplete several simple actions and responses by the voice module which relys on theSTC microcomputer and LD3320chip. At last, it can also get the vision of robot fromPC by the webcam. In addition, it offered rich expansion interfaces for furtherdevelopment and the needs of future changes in equipment. Finally, the ultrasonicintelligent detection algorithms is studied to a certain extent. |
