| With the advent of knowledge-based economy, talent receive more and moreimportance in nearly all the enterprises as an accrued resourse. How to attract talenteffectively, how to manage talent and find the right talent becoming a main topic of theenterprises’ talent development strategy. The purpose of my project is to achieve a systemof human resourses efficiently, and find the recruiting rules which satisfy positionrequires with the data mining techniques.At first, this paper introduces the course of the development of data mining theoryand the current development of office automation technology. Meanwhile the issues inthe in the talent recruitment is definited by the research and analysis on the needs ofrecruitment. And then, the article design the overall structure of the recruitment systembased on file based database technology, DigiFlow circulation technology and datasynchronization technology for the issues that have raised. In the meanwhile, thebusiness functions about the demand of recuitment and employment management moduleare achieved with B/S structure which based on Lotus Domino platform. After that thepaper focuses on the theory of data classification in the decision-making in humanresources management system, and discussis the process of data classification in detail.During the anslysis, the classification rules which are used to support decision-makingfor hiring are extracted by parsing the target problem, pretreating the raw data,implementing the C4.5algorithm and achieving the classification model which based onthe employee information from Digital China. furthermore, In order to further enhancethe quality of model classification, AdaBoost algorithm are used to establish thecombined model and optimize on the basis of the original algorithm. Finally theexperiment also shows that the improvement of the algorithm is feasible, universal andmore outstanding.The implement of this system has prefected the recruitment management system forthe enterprise. It analysed staff quality that the enterprise demands exactly. In this sense,it enhance the efficiency of recruiters’ job at the same time with more purpose, and greatpractical significance. |
