Design And Implementation Of Vocational Training Base Open Management System

With the increasing attention of the State Education Department and local governments to vocational education, different regions establish modern and full-equipped public practical training bases successively. It complies with the current trend to establish vocational schools and use them efficiently and reasonably. To create the traditional management mode can improve the utilization rate of training bases and students’learning enthusiasm. Besides, it can realize in opening up information management of different sections for the training bases, helping the management operators in training bases free themselves from the heavy management affairs and saving unnecessary human resources, which is very important to the educational informatization of both the local public training base and even the whole vocational educational system.Aiming at the defects of traditional management system of training bases, this paper will propose the targets of researching the opening management system of training bases, build up the software frame according to the principle of system design, establish five branch systems including teachers-operating module for skill training, executives-operating module for training center, students-operating module, experts-evaluating module and back-stage management, after researching and analyzing large quantity of native and foreign related documents and materials.Founded on the significances, targets, contents and details of opening management system of training bases, this paper will discuss the problems covered by the system development such as user development, overall framework, functional module and specific design of special database and so on to meet the practical situation and demands of vocational schools. This system has adopted the developmental technology of ASP.NET2.0and Ajax and taken SQL Server as the back-stage database. It has tackled problems of key technology up to the demands of the opening management of training bases and finally developed a relatively reasonable and accurate opening management system of training bases.To vocational education units, the question of how to make full and reasonable use of educational and teaching equipments of training center, to provide powerful guarantee for training talents and make applicable contribution to the development of local economy, has become the most important thing at present.Based on public training bases of vocational schools, this system realizes in opening up the overall and informative management of different links for training bases. This system strives to make clear system interface and easy operation for customers. Besides, this system is transparent in terms of opening up information, and it pays attention to timeliness and accuracy. It has good expandability in terms of system upgrading property and function and lowers the work load of management staff greatly, facilitating the whole recombination of schools’ experimental and practical training resources. It improves teachers’and students’positivity of launching practical training teaching, and it will surly strengthen students’practical and creative abilities, making students qualified for the society’s needs for high-quality talents.
