| With the development of internet and the promotion of government informatization, e-government has become the focal point in the process of China’s informatization. At the same time, the information sharing provided by government is also more and more complicated. However, in the field of scientific research, with the continuous advancement and improvement of Data Mining, OLAP and Data Warehouse, we can effectively further support the realization of Decision Support System, making the development of decision-making management system striding into a new field. Currently acknowledged scheme, based on Data Warehouse, effectively implements support for government economic policy-making system with the tools of Data Mining and OLAP, among which, the motivity of OLAP and Data Mining is Data Warehouse, and data analysis and understanding are strong points of Data Mining. Data Mining can extract the knowledge we need most from boring data, and it is an important component part of the extractive technology for much information in the future.China’s urban area is bigger along with intensive personnel and complex cadastral information. Introducing Data Mining to data analysis and treatment can exert the strength of Data Mining to the maximum and offer convenience for us to find out the hidden law, which can provide instructive information for China’s urban construction. Aimed at the problems of large amount of government information in China’s some regions and all sorts of confused data which is seriously redundant, this paper conducts a predicted analysis on the regional housing situation of a city in Guangdong Province, and puts forward some useful information for government information by means of OLAP and Data Mining.On the basis of understanding clients’ demand, this paper firstly gradually analyzes the data mining work of the decision-making management system of Bureau of Land and Resources, and then conducts systematic overall design. The author thinks grasping data mining demand and implementing systems are based on the data analysis in previous period, so we should exactly analyze the characteristics of various data generated by Bureau of Land and Resources. This paper uses simple methods to conduct preliminary analysis, arrive at a conclusion, further conduct deep-level mining in detail in combination with other patterns and data, and finally find out the hidden law. According to the law, we should provide a good template for government’s policy making and integrated planning, reduce the pressure of dealing with data of the personnel engaged in government affairs and improve accuracy; apply this law to many departments and provide a forward-looking guidance for people’s living production; deal with government information quickly and clearly by artificial intelligence and different algorithms. However, after all, our society is developing constantly, only on the basis of right model and abundant data, can Data Mining exerts its greater capacity. We believe, with the unification of the professional systems of various government departments and the continuous increase of mass data, Data Warehouse will have a broader application space in government decision-making activities. |
