| The application sharing is the main function of net meeting, which can transfer the view of applications(such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and PDF) from the host’s desktop to the attendees’desktop by network. It facilitates the communication among the users of net meeting. As the main function of net meeting, the quality of application sharing directly determines the QoE(quality of experience) of net meeting. In order to provide better application sharing service and understand users’QoE, the providers of net meeting would ask users to assess the subjective quality of application sharing after net meeting. Although the subjective assessment can reflect the user’s direct feeling, the scores assessed by subjective assessment method are lack of accuracy and universality because of the difference among assessment criteria of users. And subjective assessment method is so time-consuming and energy-draining that could reduce users’ QoE.Faced with these problems, this paper presents an objective full-reference quality assessment model which can assess the quality of application sharing automatically and objectively. In order to validate the model in real user-scenarios of application sharing, this paper uses some popular application sharing service as experimental subject, and utilizes the collected global network parameters and the revised network emulator to establish sampling environment. |
