The emergence and development of the field bus technology reflects the needs of control, computer, communication and other technology development in the industrial field, covers the power automation, process automation, transportation automation, and building automation, etc. It is applied to the data communication network of the bottom of factory. Its fast development reduce the cost and improve the reliability, enhance the maintainability and improve the intelligence of data acquisition for industrial control field. However, due to the various fieldbus coexist, different field bus has different communication protocol specification, so the problems of different fieldbus integrated communication become the main bottleneck of the development of enterprises. This conflicts with the purpose of make fieldbus standard. Therefore, this paper research on integration of heterogeneous field bus control system based on OPC DX technology has important practical significance.This topic research on the analysis of different field bus communication bottleneck problems, mainly research the integration solutions of heterogeneous field bus control system, and integrated optimization problem. Based on the research of OPC DA and OPC DX technical specifications, the difference of communication mode and data transmission, the OPC DX standard relative to OPC DA specifications, mainly shows is in heterogeneous system integration communication, OPC DA realize the heterogeneous system data vertical access, and OPC DX regulate the heterogeneous system to realize the level of data transmission; OPC DA standard to achieve the communication mode of "server-client", and OPC DX standard to achieve communication mode of "server-server". This topic in the study of similarities and differences of the two kinds of standard, and designed the integrated solution based on OPC DX technology, and building hardware platform to realize the integration of Rockwell system and SIEMENS system; Then design the communication performance test and comparison scheme for the two kinds of integrated scheme; At last, through the analysis of the test results, verified the proposed integrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.According to the research work of this topic carry out, the main content of this article are:1. At first, this paper discussed the integration solutions of field bus control system, are mainly based on the hardware gateway system integration and software gateway system integration based on OPC technology. Then this paper briefly introduced the OPC specification, and do a theoretical analysis and comparison of the OPC DA standards and OPC DX standards. At last, it puts forward a scheme of heterogeneous system integration based on OPC DX standard;2. Then analysis and comparison of several typical Ethernet protocol specification, describes the network environment of this subject to realize. Do a detailed analysis and demonstration for the hardware implementation plan, and makes a detailed introduction of the structures of the experimental platform and communication configuration mode. Finally, design test plan, test the effectiveness of the proposed integrated;3. Designed real-time test plan based on OPC DA and OPC DX technology, and set up the hardware platform for real time test. Based on the analysis of the test results, it is concluded that this topic proposed based on OPC DX technology integrated plan and based on OPC DA technology integration solutions in real-time has greatly improved;4. Research coordination control theory, make a detailed description based on the controllers coordinated control system, this paper puts forward a kind of coordinated control test plan, the realization of the integration of heterogeneous system controllers coordination between the control performance based on OPC DX technology was tested, and the test results is concluded, proved the coordination of this subject integration scheme.
