| The coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is a leading precision measuringequipment which can implement quality control in modern industry. Intelligent CMMdeveloping and adapting to the modern production automation has become one of thetrends of development of modern industry. CAD/CMM integration technology has apivotal role among the key technology of intelligent CMM. The target of integration ofCAD/CMM is to determine the inspection method, inspection process and steps of theinspection process, using the result of the CAD design system. Identification andacquisition of the part detection information is an important prerequisite among theintegration technology of CAD/CMM, which can provide the data foundation forthree-coordinate measuring planning and the construction of posture recognition system.The dissertation proposes the extracting and matching study of the measurementinformation of part model based on characteristics identification technology, analyzes theconstitution of parts detection information and the hierarchy structure of the featureelement tree, and studies the program development functions and characteristics of thePro/E customized development kit of Pro/TOOLKIT. It also forms the overall systemprogram by making the historical process of generating Pro/E three-dimensional partmodel as information extraction sequence. In this paper, the detection informationextraction process is designed, and the integration method and approaches of CAD/CMMare discussed.Based on the measurement requirements of the software of CMM, this paperproposes the secondary procedure development in Pro/E environment. The applicationprocedure realizes the information extraction on the basis of the history process ofthree-dimensional part model shaping, which means this application procedure extractscommonly-used voxel geometry information of part models according to the element treehierarchy of the part model characteristics and its parameters data. It also initially exploresthe extraction of geometry information of complex features shaped by stretching orrotating the arbitrary cross-section, and extracts tolerance information from the model data.According to the measurement requirements, it then makes a geometric information matchbetween the tolerance information and the same feature, and the matching parts datamodel has significance for detection.This research analyzes and illustrates the measurement software and the CAD/CMM integration mode. According to the measurement software format requirements, thisdesign achieves information sharing through the evaluation of measurement information,which realizes the development intergreation application system on the basis of Pro/Epreliminary. |
