With the continuous improvement of China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC in short) network information security requirements and the deepening of Inner Mongolia Mobile Communications Corporation (IMMCC in short) centralized maintenance, maintenance personnel to carry out the safety management through the manual mode, which has been unable to meet the safety requirements of CMCC, which also can not to meet the actual needs of the production safety of our region. The account permissions unreasonable, the expired account does not clean up, the password to modify is not timely, the password is stored and transferred in clear text, and other hidden danger exists, which greatly increase the risk of network security, therefore we need to rely on the electronic platform in order to strengthen the management and to eliminate the risk. According to the requirements of CMCC and the specific situation of autonomous region, IMMCC realize centralized account authentication and authorization audit, realize depending on the account and certification entity authorized and single sign-on, realize comprehensive audit through construction the network security management platform. On the basis of CMCC security control platform technology specification analysis and IMMCC business needs analysis, this paper combined with the development of network and information technology and requirements, put forward to IMMCC network security management platform build program, given the specific design and implementation method, and also analyzed the platform extension work method.The content of this paper include:1.
