This paper describes the wireless channel fading characteristics, thetime-varying channel state space model of multiple antennas and sequentialimportance resampling methods, mainly for the research of importance resamplingmethods of the multiple-antenna time-varying channel parameters. The importanceresampling methods of joint channel gain and frequency offsets in multi-antennatime-varying channel based sequential importance resampling are analyzed, simulated and compared. The main content includes the following three aspects.1. It describes the wireless channel fading characteristics and references themultiple-antenna, multi-dimension and time-varying channel state space model andanalyzes and researches the importance resampling methods of joint channel gainand frequency offsets in multi-antenna multi-dimension and time-varying channelbased on them.2. It analyzes and compares four basic importance resampling methods onresampling quality and computation complexity, and compares the mean squareestimation error (MSE) and computation complexity of them through numericalsimulation. The results show that systematic importance resampling method gainsthe minimum MSE and computation complexity. The resampling brings newproblems, such as the sample exhaustion and diversity loss, so it puts forward animproved method named improved partial stratified resampling method according tothe partial stratified resampling after the summary of the abundant existingimportance resampling methods. And it compares the improved method and thesystematic resampling through simulation. It confirms improved algorithm can getsmaller MSE and lower computational complexity.3. Combining with the multiple-antenna multi-dimension and time-varyingchannel state space model, it estimates the channel gain and frequency offsets of themulti-antenna time-varying jointly and investigates the MSE performance andcomputation complexity of the four basic importance resampling and Improvedpartial stratified resampling on simulation. The results say that the improved partial stratified resampling obtains the minimum MSE and computation complexity, andamong the other four methods, systematic resampling gets the smallest andmultinomial resampling gains the biggest MSE and computation complexity.
