The paper combines the mobile Internet technology and intelligent terminal, building a conference management system based on mobile terminal, down-to-earth and meet the demand of the present conference service industry.By analyzing the industry background of conference service and the current development situation, this paper presents the research objective and content of conference management system and building a conference management system based on mobile terminal. The main work is as follows:1、Introduce the key technologies used in the system development in great detail, including the Android development technique, the barcode recognition technology and the message push technology.2、According to the users requirements and industry characteristics, the paper carries on a demand analysis about the conference management system, including user information and security access control, meeting information mode, personnel communication, resource sharing and feedback channel and meeting sign in model analysis.3、Design overall architecture and function modules of the system. In this paper, hierarchical design is employed to divide the system architecture into several modules. Thus, a rapid development can be achieved. According to the architecture analysis of server and client, the design is focused on the realization of client function modules and the building of system database. Additionally, through the study of JSON data format and mobile network, data exchange between server and client is realized.4、Complete the realization of the function and performance testing. The mobile terminal of this system is the Android operating platform, and the conference management system which is based on Android platform is successfully realized by encoding. In order to effectively guarantee the stability of the system, relevant test cases are set in later stage. The conference management system provides a new business implementation mode for the traditional conference service industry. And its strong ability to provide information and data interaction function can not only save expenditure for the conference organizers and enhance the meeting grade, but also guarantee the meeting effect and the users’ experience in attending the conference. Through a series of rigorous testing, this conference management system fully conforms to the anticipated target, and the actual operation is in good condition.
