With the rapid development of the mobile Internet and the coming of fragmentedreading era, digital works has become an indispensable part of people’s lives and thedemand for works digitization is increasing. With the copyright consciousnessunceasingly thorough popular feeling. Digital works resources of sharing from freegradual transition to pay transactions as the primary forms of sharing. Digital worksdeal appears to have a huge market vitality. The traditional works trading countingmode can’t meet the demand of digital works deal. Therefore, in order to realize thereliable trading "counting", it is urgent to study the trusted counting technology ofcorresponding digital works trading system.In this paper, the current transaction process of counting mechanism has beenresearched. The existing trading scene and the existing digital works trading sceneclassification are analyzed. Credible digital works trade framework, whose advantagesare analyzed, is proposed. What’s more, digital works trusted mechanism is designed inthe new system in order to ensure the credibility of the transaction data in the tradingsystem of digital works and to facilitate the supervision of the regulatory authorities ofdigital works.In this paper, aiming at untrusted problems of transaction data which are causedby the opacity of the trading process in current network transaction environment, wedesigned a transaction process of trusted digital works, based on designed trustedcounting mechanism. Reliable measurement issue of trading record in the digitalcontent works trading process is solved, thus making a variety of transaction datareliable, monitored. The security of designed transaction process is analyzed.In response to the demand of transaction information collection and managementin the trusted counting mechanism, the data standard is designed to specify the datastandard of the data in the process of digital works transaction. Data collect module isdesigned to facilitate the uploading of data from seller and provider; data cache moduleis designed to ensure that data is not lost in special circumstances. At last, theimplementation process of data collect module and data cache module are given.The credible counting mechanism proposed in this paper can be widely used indigital publishing, e-commerce and other electronic transactions field, with a widerange of universality.
