| The rapid development of microelectronics technology and semiconductor technology promote the development of the infrared thermal imaging system. The infrared thermal imaging products are widely used in electric power, medical, fire, public security andmilitary, and other areas of the infrared detection. With the changing situation in our country, developing a higher performance, higher resolution infrared imaging devices plays an important role in military career.In the infrared thermal imaging system, the servo control system as the core part, plays a vital role. Researching and designing servo control system circuit is an essential part of studying infrared thermal imaging system, to achieve high performance thermal imager development lay the foundation of the machine.This paper first introduced the related research present situation and background of the infrared thermal image system, carried on the analysis about the present situation of private servers control system, on this basis, then the overall design scheme of the servo control system is proposed.Secondly, depending on the overall plan to design parts of the circuit, the hardware circuit design of this system mainly includes:first, the power supply circuit design, power circuit includes a power supply design and the secondary power supply design; Second, the focusing control circuit design, mainly includes the amplifying circuit, adc circuit, DSP circuit design, etc.; Third, the scanning control circuit design, the main of the FPGA and the peripheral circuits design. Then Cadence company’s Allegro software is used in drawing the principle diagram and the PCB, including the overall layout, cascading divided layer and the signal line, etc.Finally, studying the power integrity issues, with Allegro PI software integrity simulation analysis of the circuit design of power, verified the validity and feasibility of the designed circuit. |
