The dissertation discusses the acquisition, conditioning, wireless transmission anddisplay of real-time monitoring sensor datum in industrial field. The whole system iscomposed by a coordinate equipment and three terminal equipments, which connectwith obliquity sensor, temperature sensor and angle sensor. The dissertation consists ofthree parts: the design of hardware circuit, the achievement of software and the analysisof experimental result.Based on the ZigBee technology, the paper is completed the wireless transmitterand receiver. the paper focuses on the research and theoretical analysis of the technology.Comparing with other wireless technologies, the technology is applicable to industrialfields with the advantages of low cost, low power, movable, easy to network andsuitable for using in remote and complex environments.As for the hardware aspects. The dissertation chosen the CC2530, produced by TI,as the core control chip. Besides, the RFX2401is used as the amplifier chip, and theomnidirectional antenna with better performance.As for the software aspects, the dissertation is introduced the basic trellisarchitecture of the ZigBee Standard Protocol, Z-Stack protocol stack, the channel, thenetwork capacity, the relationship between transmitting power and propagation distance,the process of networking and other basic theories, and the software environment ofIAR8051and VS2008. On this basis, star network communication mode has beenaccomplished, and is used in circuit with amplifier after transplantation andmodification. Signals of the obliquity sensor are transited to the CC2530by theconversion chip MAX485, while that of temperature sensor and angle sensor arehandled into data, which people can access to, by the control pins of the CC2530.Applying serial ports and sending the sensor datum acquired to the upper computer canrealize the reliable communication. In the end, it is possible to deal with the datumsuccessful transmitted, set up the data base of PC, and realize the dynamic display.In the end, by the test of transmitting power, antenna and the transmission distance,it can be concluded that, the communication channel works well at2480MHz, at the same time, the power amplifier work well, and the transmit power can reach up to about18dBm, and a good match can be accomplished. After the test, reliable communicationcan be realized within the coverage of150m.
