Many universities’ existing office management mode hasbeen seriously lagging behind the need for their foreign competition and development.Therefore, the development and construction of automatic student status-managementsystem combined with students’ actual need has relatively important practical appliedmeaning for universities to improve their home and abroad office managementefficiency and information sharing level,According to the practical need of management for student virtual competencycertificate based on a certificate for three certificates under Yibin Vocational andTechnical College’s credit system environment, in view of the practical managementmodel and situation of our country’s present student status management, after analyzingthe existing deficiency and problems in the student virtual competency certificatemanagement of the a certificate for three certificates system under our school creditsystem environment, The paper expounds the meaning and purpose of student virtualcompetency certificate management system construction.
