As an important part of communication technology,data acquisition requires for a better performance,along with the rapid development in communication technology. Arguably,high‐density,high‐integration and extensible compatibility has become one of the development trends of data acquisition system in the future,under the need of high speed and high precision.The design of FMC series acquisition module in this thesis is to cater to the development trend of today’s data acquisition system,which aims at acquiring broadband signal in a flexible and scalable way,and solving the embedded testing of electronic system by a highly integrated architecture.Through the standard protocol of FMC VITA57,FMC data acquisition module of high speed and high precision can be achieved in this design within a standard finite area(69mm*84.1mm),characterized with high integration,high density and extended compatibility.FMC acquisition module is divided into two parts—FMC5212(dual‐channel500MSPS/12bits)and FMC4214(dual‐channel400MSPS/14bits). AD chips ADS5463and ADS5474are separately used in the two parts which complete the data acquisition with required sampling clock generated by AD9517‐3.The recognition module is designed in interface logic to identify and verify the FMC module. In order to protect the intellectual property rights of the module design and the logic code,encryption and copy protection module is designed.In allusion to the problems of high temperature,power and signal,which are caused by high density and high integration,the design of high‐efficiency power supply and board level of the system are completed by the detailed analysis of system power consumption,temperature,and the problem of crosstalk and rail collapse.While Because of its high‐density and high‐integration, the performance of FMC acquisition is affected heavily by temperature,so the temperature monitoring module is designed to monitor the temperature of the system in real time.According to the detailed analysis of crosstalk and orbital collapse,we complete the design of power supply and board level efficiency system. The research can be divided into:The hardware design of data acquisition module of FMC;the design of sampling module of AD,the sampling clock module,a trigger module,encryption and identification module, temperature voltage monitoring module,power module etc.Design of interface logic of FMC series data acquisition module;data string,allocation of sampling clock,encryption and copy protection,identification,monitoring temperature and voltage etc.Complete the test and verification of FMC5212and FMC4214,and improve the result and make manuals and instructions of hardware...
