Design And Implementation Of Government Departments Decision Management System Based On Data Mining

With the development of information management system, managers need moreand more information for decision making, in order to manage and control resourceseffectively. It has become a serious problem that how to use computers to solve theproblem of decision-making in the management. To meet this demand, the decisionsupport system came into being. On this basis, government departments,decision-making system design and research, the main work of this thesis are asfollows:First of all, in government decision-making management of network technology,information technology development status quo and background research needs ofgovernment decision-making management system, construction of, including thefunctional requirements of system construction, performance requirements, caseanalysis and data flow analysis; Secondly, the Government’s decision-making theoverall structure of the management system design, including the overall design andfunctional design, and network topology design of the system, and using the UMLtechnology to design the system model, and then design the system database, the systemis set up database tables and their entity attributes map.Finally, from the data layer, access layer and application layer, designed andimplemented the basic functionality of the system modules, including: data acquisitionmodule, government decision-making calculation module, information modules,government decision-making processing module, statistics module of examination, thesystem management module; system with simple functionality and performance testing,functional testing, system login, government decision-making data query, data addfunctionality to achieve the correct functional design is reasonable, stable operation, andasked the government decision-making management system the future developmenttrends.Government decision-making management system to maximize the governmentnetwork of specialized, large-scale, government departments get is not a simple networkequipment, but a complete network of decision analysis system, rapid data analysis applied to government decision-making play the utility.
