The Design And Implementation Of A WEB Based Teaching Management System For A Vocational High School

With the gradual deepening of the development of Internet applications more andmore educational institutions to re-examine the effectiveness of existing educationalmanagement system.Web-based information system development has been rapiddevelopment in the tide of information technology. Web-based information softwarecalled B/S model system relative to the original C/S mode software easy to deploy easyto upgrade easy to promote stable mature etc. has been called all walks of lifeinformation systems The preferred architecture..Net J2EE PHP mainstream applicationsof the current Web model development.To accommodate the need of the System of Educational Administration on Basis inthe Railway electrification school in Beijing, the author has designed and executed theB/S–based educational administration management system, choosing SQL Server2005as the data base, ASP technology of dynamic web has been adopted in the development,which allows such functions as the system register, the management of students statuses,result management, the management of students test frequently and system maintenance.During the research process of this dissertation, the author focuses on the followingparts: system research and analysis, the overall structure design of the system, the database analysis and design of the system, as well as the functional design of the system.Unified modeling language had been applied in the designing process, support faces tothe technique and method of object. Meanwhile, the system’s technological leadershipstatus, practicality and security have been ensured in the system with the application ofsuch security measures as login verification, the user distribution modules; which canstrengthen the role of each management department towards Educational Administrationand increase the Educational Administration level of the whole school. The interface ofthe whole system is clear, with full and easy to operate, matching the needs ofvocational school’s teaching management.The System of Educational Administration on Basis designed and implemented inthis paper has been put into pilot run, the management, teacher, student all can at anytime carries on the related operation with the different legal power, the results have been encouraging. which is characterized by practicality of system, security of the system,user-friendly layout, easy to operation.
