| With the development of social information technology, the digital medical recordas part of digitalization of hospital is getting consummate. Digital medical records arebuilt on the base of entirely digitalization on medical activity in hospitals which provideinitiative and intelligent services. The digital medical records require computers totransfer into interactive information forms which have the functionalities of datacollection, record, processing, storage, management and transmission. The developmentof digital medical records is the requirement of applying computer technology onclinical medicine which has great significance to internal management in hospitals,National Health Insurance and remote sharing of patients’ information.In this thesis, based on actual business needs based on in-depth understanding ofthe needs of small and medium-sized hospitals work, hospital work content andworkflow, the key points and difficult for digital medical record, the overall design ofthe digital medical record system, and setthe intended function of the digital medicalrecord system, the final design and implementation can be replaced by artificialcomplex data acquisition and preliminary analysis and then presented to the hospitalstaff, data optimization system. Implement system-based database applicationdevelopment tool Delphi7and SQL Server2000back-end database. The systemconsists of four major functional modules: Inpatient Management Module, inpatientmedical statistics module, inpatient, medical writing module. The discource details thevarious functional modules form the interface design and concrete realization.Through theoretical analysis and practical application, to design a practical hospitaldigital medical record system, to meet the working needs of small and medium-sizedhospital inpatient, to improve and enhance the efficiency of small and medium-sizedhospital inpatient and information purposes. |
