According to the waterfallmodel of software development life cycle model of the demand, design, development,testing, implementation and maintenance phases to be real estate centralized purchasingsystem, including basic data management, material requirements planning management,purchasing management, order management, application for purchase ordermanagement five big modules. With the development of real estate concentratedprocurement system, can fully and accurately do business data analysis, comprehensive,efficient storage. This system friendly interface, ensure the security of data, easyoperation and easy maintenance to maximize system. Because of the development ofcross-platform Java language and SSH framework, which makes the system portability is good, and use the Hibernate to access the database, so the efficiency of systemdevelopment and database operation is improved, development of the system to achievethe centralized procurement function with good interface.
