Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is the technology which can transfer data without contacting target by using radio waves, and it can track the target and transfer data between objects quickly. Internet of things (IOT) is a tremendous net which joint the internet and all kinds of things, such as RFID equipment, infrared sensor, GPS, laser scanner and so on. Currently, the perfect RFID industry chain has been formed, and RFID has been applied in kinds of aspects, such as logistics and supply chain management, drug safety supervision, colliery, tracks of important items and hazard, ticket management, railway, civil aviation, transit, security against pseudo, post monitoring and so on.The RFID technology has become one of the indispensable parts of logistics industry, but its whole technology is not complete, and has a high error rate, in addition the radio signal can be disturbed by liquid and metal easily, and the standard recognition rate of single label is only about80percent, so there is a huge distance between the reality and the ideal, a lot of technical problems need to be solved in integrated applications.In this thesis, the present situation of research and the development of the RFID technology was summarized, by which the typical applications of the tobacco logistics and warehouse management, especially the distribution management, can be studied, and the related problems of application and its improving methods can be indicated. By analyzing the distribution characteristics and warehouse present situation of tobacco logistic, its RFID application was studied and two methods of RFID application of tobacco logistic was analyzed in this thesis, the one is doing the informational data collection by using computer systems, and another is transferring data by using PLC. And the specific implement method and the optimized and improved method were put forward in this thesis, and the on-site real-time monitoring interface of all equipment of the whole accessories lib. The message showing of RFID equipment was included in this interface, then the design and implement of sub-system control of RFID was done by using WINCC, by which the amount of control of upper scheduling system would be released, finally the stability and the efficiency of control can be improved.
