| With the deepening of the study on virtual plant,simulation of plant roots were taken more and more attention, and now it has become the hot spot in the virtual plant research. The study of roots simulation in our country was later than foreign, and its focus was tending to the root model. However, in terms of human-computer interaction, because of the lack of a unified human-computer interaction platform and the complexity of the configuration parameters of plant roots, human-computer interaction appear inconvenience.The development of root system simulation was limited.New, the human-computer interaction of root simulation in our country has made some progress, but the defects in the configuration process has not substantially alleviated,and it still exists.In this study, aimming to solve the shortcomings of the interactive aspects, this thesis based on the root system of topological relations, established root architecture unified expression mechanism, designed the computer expression of root topology configuration, and its connection mechanism, parameter passing mechanisms and data database storage mechanism, and it initially solved the problem of the relationship between a single root system topology configuration with the configuration data. The form of a two-dimensional vector to express the relationship between the root structure and its parameters and guides the user through the the root configuration parameters building.Results of this thesis were in the following:1. Through the analysis of different types of roots, summarized the general characteristics of root architecture.2. On the basis of the experimental observation and computer graphics, this study summed up the plant root architecture, design roots computer expression mechanism and the establishment of the connection mechanism of expression of their computers. 3. this study completed the interactive system design, system architecture, database, and detailed design of module, and to achieve the basic functions which was based on vector graphics root configuration parameters of human-computer interaction system in VC++6.0environment.It includs roots of different types of drawing functions, database management function, parameter editing and SimRoot information exchange and other basic functions.The system can summe up most of root types and express the relationship between the root structure and its parameters to the user in the form of a two-dimensional vector.It also cause the editing of root configuration parameters become simplistic and visualization; The form of an Access database save information is more easier to manage the configuration parameter data. The system realizes the simulation system based on root vector-based graphics interactive systems, and discussed in this field. |
