Research And Development With Independent Learning Process Oriented Learning Platform

University computer basic course is a required basic course for non computer major and computer professional, the goal of the course is to let students grasp the basic knowledge of computer culture and to have some computer skills, such as the basic word processing, data, image, webpage. Because the university new students of different, they lead to uneven level of the computer, the traditional classroom teaching affected; teaching methods and means of teacher’s innovation is not enough; each college teachers is not balanced, causes the university computer basic course teaching effect has not been ideal.With the development of computer network technology in the field of education, whether the education forms and means of education have undergone significant reform, a new education-learning network platform is on the rise. As a complement and extension of traditional classroom teaching, web-based learning plays a more and more important role in education. We reviewed the literature on autonomous learning platform to stimulate students’learning motivation:to construct construct learning platform theory into the university computer foundation, can effectively improve students’ interest in learning, improve teaching quality.The design of our platform based on the constructivism theory, realization of autonomous learning, testing, automatic marking, assessment and feedback function. Run and test results show that:the platform to make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching, teaching effect is improved; at the same time, effectively stimulate students interest in learning, cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability. Built for other courses learning platform has a certain reference value.
