With the gradual improvement of the technology of LCD TV in the case ofensuring good quality, how to improve the efficiency of reducing the energyconsumption of the entire LCD module becomes the main direction of the entireindustry. LCD TV industry is moving towards a more efficient, more environmentallyfriendly and more energy-efficient direction.This paper studies how to improve the efficiency of the entire unilateralapproach-light back-light module light guide, and then design a back-light modulewith high light efficiency. In this paper, from the choice of high luminous efficiencyLED backlight module cooling problems, light-guide-plate outlets designed threeaspects of the design of the entire backlight module, and finally erected a qualifiedbacklight module with the optical performance of the high-conductivity.The article first introduces the development and status of the LCD TV industryas well as LED backlight module industry, then side-in back-light module and directtype back-light module composition. Followed from the LED flux, volt-amperecharacteristics, chromaticity and color temperature of the LED backlight moduleintroduced and tested with distant HEO-200photoelectric tester selection of Seoul7020.Heat problem acrylic thermal plastic and cooling with cooling fins aluminumtwo new modules cooling method, can be a good solution to the heat of the back-lightmodule. Lights in the light-guide-plate design for the network and into the light sideof the bright side, we design a Gaussian distribution outlets arranged dense networkarrangement and simulation experiments use Lightwoods Software.Finally, according to the design of the various optical erected a42-inch side-inback-light module and test the prototype optical indicators as well as the temperatureof the test, and after the continuous use of the module to the module aging test, toverify the reliability of the module. The final test results indicate that the LCDback-light module is fully compliant with the indicators, and with high brightness,chrome and brightness uniformity, low energy consumption advantages.By theoretical analysis and prototype test results show that the design of the research and development of high light efficiency edge-type back-light module has acertain reference value.
