| With the increase of oceanographic survey’s investment, the oceanographicsurvey has made substantial progress, and the number and type of ocean samples isalso increasing. Thus new requirements for the management of ocean samples arecoming, the China Ocean Sample Repository appears to adapt to the requirements,and the sample warehouse was officially launched in2001,“site allocation, subjectcustody†sample management mode no longer exists.Ocean sample warehouse is mainly used to appropriately store samples fromoceanographic survey, as well as the valuable data. The automatic warehouse is thecore technology of logistics, its characteristics is high space utilization, strong storageability. With the help of related technologies, ocean sample warehouse can increasespace utilization, and also China Ocean Sample Repository can raise their workingefficiency.The research object of this paper is informatization of China Ocean SampleRepository ocean sample warehouse. This paper focuses on study of the wholebusiness process, then, based on the business process and application requirements,researches to design system architecture and module division. According to specificbusiness requirements, the major study involves informatization of stored oceansamples and informatization of ocean sample warehouse. The main research content isto achieve informatization of ocean sample warehouse and data of stored oceansamples, by designing to take advantage of programming language and database.From repository entry to sample description and partition, and finally sample storage,all in business process management should be consolidated and more efficient.According to the business process of China Ocean Sample Repository andrelevant working circumstance, this paper selects the appropriate technology pathway,and design business module, technical framework, then use C#as developmentlanguage. The primary development tool of this paper is Microsoft Visual Studio2010.And the primary database is Microsoft SQL Server2008R2. In this paper,“Business Analysisâ€,“Technical Frameworkâ€,“Module Analysis†and “Information Realizationâ€are introduced in detail. This paper shows fully informatization of ocean samplewarehouse and the research work. The study result meets the requirements of theinformatization of ocean sample management.With the help of the sufficient analysis, Ocean Sample Warehouse ManagementSystem is achieved with the appropriate technology pathway and technical framework.The technology pathway and technical framework can provide efficient, stable andextensible information support, and the study is of wide suitability, and also mayprovide guidance for other Information Management System. |
