| Most existing office automation systems around the world are structured in traditional B/S framework of three layer structure with extention of the application of knowledge management to develop the way of showing model, so systems’ cross-border expansion ability are weak. From the view of running office automation software systems, mainly in the group headquarters realizing office process software modeling,are lack of coordination group of office automation capability. The situations are mainly embodied in the group headquarters and subordinate of industrial company and subordinate enterprise data between each other the interchange difficulties, process not through standard between nested, realize the whole unit of legal person acrossing the company process supervision mechanism.It can’t realize strictly access control for the people involved in the process and the things of the element etc. And it is the bottleneck of the business for which the coordination office automation systems need to solve.Service oriented architecture(SOA) based on the service is a kind of service component model based on Web. It can connect different hardware platform, operating systems, programming language system in order to realize the integration system and interactive.Through the SOA idea, we not only can eliminate the inferiority of information island alone, but also can get rid of defect of the traditional B/S design and make a N-tigers of high development ability of coordination office automation system.This paper puts forward collaborative office automation system designing framework implementation based on the SOA with the research and analysis of the SOA ideas and principles in multi-stage control mode of the group business process needs, and finish the following job.(1) Discussing the situation in related concepts of office automation systems introduced, and on the basis of the discussion in recent years at civil and abroad based the application of the SOA, and analysis the coordination and service for office automation systems development needs, pointing out the general problems which the current system of office automation development design exist, and giving the preliminary SOA solutions.(2) Putting forward designation model based on the concept of the four layers of SOA service with covered in collaborative office of customer application levels and legency in software development, and combine existing popular open source technology to achieve a reusable system development design framework. It mainly includes the presentation layer client intelligent identification components, application service layer document operating components, business logic layer process operation components and the data link layer of heterogeneous data sources configuration management component.(3) Designing and implementing the GuangXi Investment Group coordination office automation software system by the above of key technology and development framework, introducing the performance of the portal of single site portlet realization and the realization of login, and realizing the expansion of business interface workflow model by the SOA service decomposition method and design principle of the service to the analysis and screening, and verifing the four layers based on SOA development framework the rationality of the model successfully in GuangXi Investment group and many enterprise branchs.(4) Summarizing the framework from reusability, scalability, and easy integration based on the SOA GuangXi Investment Group coordination office automation system and describing the advantage compare to the traditional office automation systems.It is a set of reusable system development design framework descibed above that can provide technical support and options for the development of enterprise group coordination office automation system and present scientific significance and application value. |
